CARE, SHIPPING & FAQ'S
CARING FOR YOUR ARTWORK
Each original piece is unique, with its own little quirks. Finished and sealed with premium paints and a protective varnish, we’re not indestructible—we’re still delicate creatures!
Once we arrive at our new home, please handle us with care and avoid pressing on our backs, as this may cause cracking.
When hanging, be sure to secure us properly—if we fall, we could be damaged. Otherwise, simply give us a light dusting from time to time and enjoy!
CLAY CREATIONS
Each piece is hand-sculpted with love, crafted from high-quality DAS air dry clay, acrylic paints, and strong sealants. However, this doesn’t make us indestructible!
If we fall or drop, we may break. To clean us, simply wipe with a damp, warm cloth or give us a light wash under running water. DO NOT PLACE US IN THE DISHWASHER as we will not make it out alive!
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Worldwide! Shipping rates are determined by your location, with a flat rate calculated based on the weight of your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
PROCESSING TIME
I will always do my best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped via Australia Post standard mail unless otherwise arranged. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery within Australia and 3-6 weeks for international orders, which includes processing, handling, and shipping time.
If you’ve ordered a commissioned artwork, I’ll provide you with an estimated time frame and keep you updated throughout the process!
LOCAL DELIVERY
If you're local to the Margaret River/Cowaramup area, I'm happy to deliver your order right to your door! At checkout, simply select the "local delivery" option under shipping information.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We currently do not accept returns, except in the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged. If your artwork is damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item to qualify for a refund, which will be issued upon the return of the damaged goods. To initiate the process, email us at tesselleese.art@gmail.com with photos of the damaged artwork and packaging.
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges: All items are handcrafted or produced in limited quantities to reduce overproduction. As such, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
