Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, as each piece is handcrafted, made-to-order, or produced in limited quantities to reduce overproduction.
However, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email tesselleese.art@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of:
– The damaged item
– The original packaging
Once your claim is assessed and approved:
• A full refund or replacement (if available) will be issued
• Please note: replacements are not available for original artworks
• Return shipping costs will be covered for approved claims
Conditions of Return
• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria
• We do not offer exchanges
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving returned goods.
